                 7.    NEW BUSINESS:

           

            A.        CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7A are considered to be                       routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-107 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby accepts the You Drink, You Drive, Your Lose Statewide Crackdown grant and accepts its conditions.

2.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-108 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby supports the You Drive and Drive, You Lose 2006 Statewide Crackdown.

3.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-109 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for the 2006 25 y Vacuum Leaf Collector.

4.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-110 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes release of Performance Guarantees for Block 250, Lot 1 to Weber Realty Co.

5.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-111 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes release of Performance Guarantees for Block 164, Lot 6 for Synergy Residential LLC.

6.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-112 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes release of Performance Guarantees for Block 104, Lots 1.02 and 1.01 for Ciaglia Custom Builders, LLC.

7.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-113 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes release of Performance Guarantees for Block 34, Lots 3 & 4 for E. L. Larsen Building Contractor.

8.   EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session –  Contractual

 

                        B.        RESOLUTION NO. 2006-114 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township                                         Council that it hereby approves amendment to the 2006 budget.
