ABERDEEN TOWNSHIP OFFERS ONLINE SERVICE REQUESTS
ABERDEEN, N.J. (5/24/10) — Aberdeen Township residents who need to request services or information, or submit comments for review can now do so through an Online Service Request system available on the township website.
Requests can be submitted in the following categories: Citizen Comments and Concerns, Requests for Information, Repairs and Requests for Service, Nuisance/Code Violations, Animal Control, Licenses, Code Enforcement, Public Safety Concerns, and Utilities.
To access the service, go to www.aberdeennj.org. After arriving at the home page, click on the link for “Resident Service Request” and select the option for “Action Line.” On the left side of the screen, users will find links to online request forms for more than 50 different topics.
A tracking number is assigned to each new Service Request. Using this number, the submitter can check back on the website at any time to view the current status of the request. Requests entered after normal business hours will be received by township staff by 8:30 a.m. the next business day.
Residents have the option of registering with the service, which will enable them to track all Service Requests submitted under their registration I.D. Those who do not want to register can simply submit an e-mail address with their Service Request to obtain confirmation that the Request has been received and receive status updates.
