AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT RESTRICTIONS ON THE PLACEMENT OF SOLID WASTE RECEPTACLES   

 

B.                 ORDINANCE NO. 2-2006 -PUBLIC HEARING

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT STATE PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS IN ALL STATE PARKS

 

2.                  NEW BUSINESS:

 

A.                ORDINANCE NO. 3-2006 - INTRODUCTION

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE “LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE”, OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN (1981, AS AMENDED) COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 609 ENTITLED “WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES” AND BY CHANGING SUBSECTIONS 406B. AND 411-B. REGARDING PERMITTED USES IN THE “HC” AND “LI” ZONING DISTRICTS.

 

B.                 ORDINANCE NO. 4-2006 - INTRODUCTION

CALENDAR YEAR 2006 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14.

 

C.                 CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7C. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1.                  RESOLUTION NO. 2006-32 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby adopts the Cash Management Plan for 2005.

2.                  RESOLUTION NO. 2006-33 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby adopts the Cash Management Plan for 2006.

3.                  RESOLUTION NO. 2006-34 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the following members are appointed for one year to the Aberdeen Historical Commission.

4.                  RESOLUTION NO. 2006-35 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the following members are appointed for one year to the Environmental and Shade Tree Advisory Board.

5.                  RESOLUTION NO. 2006-36 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to QC Laboratories for 2006 Water Sample Testing.

6.                  RESOLUTION NO. 2006-37 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council the it hereby awards a contract for the following Monmouth County Co-op Commodities for 2006.

7.                  RESOLUTION NO. 2006-38 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes a dedication by rider for Township Celebration Fund.
