A. ORDINANCE NO. 2-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
CALENDAR YEAR 2005 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14

B. ORDINANCE NO. 3-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED A REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, 1973" - SOIL REMOVAL AND STREET EXCAVATIONS

C. ORDINANCE NO. 4-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PILOT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GREENWOOD HOLDINGS URBAN RENEWAL, LLC, AND THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN

 

8. NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

  1. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-32 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the following members are appointed for one year to the Aberdeen Historical Commission.
  2. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-33 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the following members are appointed for one year to the Environmental and Shade Tree Advisory Board.

 

  1. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-34 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby approves the Club Liquor License of Butler Lodge Holding Company, 191 County Road, Aberdeen, New Jersey.
  2. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-35 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the following amounts are hereby canceled.
  3. RESOLUTION NO. 2005 - 36 - BE IT RESOLVED that the Township Council hereby authorize the Township Clerk to issue an amusement license to Fun Time America, Inc. for the year 2005.
  4. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during closed Executive Session - Contractual.
  5. RA - 841 - Raffle for St. Mary =s Church, Colts Neck, NJ.
  6. RA - 842 - Raffle for St. Mary =s Church, Colts Neck, NJ.
