6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and
will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these
items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent
Agenda and will be considered separately.
1. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-50 - BE IT RESOLVED by the
Township Council that it hereby authorizes an emergency temporary appropriation
for 2005.
2. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-51 - BE IT RESOLVED by the
Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a
contract with CME Associates for professional engineering services for 2005.
3. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-52 - BE IT RESOLVED by the
Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for Water Materials and
Maintenance and Repair to Water Works Supply of Pompton Plains, NJ, National
Water Works of Forked River, NJ and The Lee Company of Denville, NJ.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that
the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during closed
Executive Session - Contractual & Litigation
5. RA - 858 - Raffle for Applegate School PTO, Freehold,
NJ.
