A. ORDINANCE NO. 7-2006 - PUBLIC HEARING

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES AND WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS OF VARIOUS OFFICIALS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY”

4. NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-58 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to Greenleaf Landscape Systems of Red Bank, NJ for Grass Cutting & Lawn Maintenance.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-59- BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to Russell Reid of Keasby, NJ for Cleaning & Televising of Sanitary & Storm Water Sewer Lines.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-60 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby appoints Holly Reycraft as Deputy Tax Assessor.

4. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-61 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby appoints Maxine Rescorl as Deputy Municipal Clerk for the year 2006.

5. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-62 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby waives the twenty day waiting period following the final adoption of Ordinance No. 7-2006.

6. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-63 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor, Manager and Township Clerk to execute an agreement between the Monmouth County Alliance to Prevent Alcoholism and Drug Abuse and the Township of Aberdeen.
