A. ORDINANCE NO. 14-2005 - INTRODUCTION
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ALONG LLOYD ROAD IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN

B. ORDINANCE NO. 15-2005 - INTRODUCTION
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT BUS STOPS ALONG ROUTE 34 AND ROUTE 35 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN

C. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7C. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

A. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-67 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to Bill Leary for the HVAC Improvements to the Aberdeen Township Municipal Building.

B. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-69 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with Marc B. Schram for Special Counsel services.

C. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-70 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with Daniel McCarthy, Rogut McCarthy Troy LLC for Special, Labor and Redevelopment Counsel services.

D. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-71 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with Daniel McCarthy, Rogut McCarthy Troy LLC for Township Attorney services.

E. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-72 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes vendors be added to the Approved List of State’s Contracts for the year 2005.

F. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-73 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for Utility Department Electrical Maintenance Contract to Quality Electircal Construction of W. Keansburg, NJ.

G. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-74 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for the DPW Routine & Emergency Repair to B&W Construction of Matawan, NJ.

H. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-75 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby supports the 2005 Click It or Ticket Mobilization.

I. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during closed executive session - contractual.
