                  6.  NEW BUSINESS:

 

          A.           CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

RESOLUTION NO. 2008-68 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby approves the transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License with Broad Package Privilege to Poxcon Holdings Corp.

RESOLUTION NO. 2008-69 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby supports the Click It or Ticket seat belt mobilization from May 19 – June 1, 2008.
