MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY: (1) BOND ORDINANCE
NO. 8-2000 ADOPTED ON MARCH 21, 2000; (2) BOND ORDINANCE
NO. 9-2004 ADOPTED ON MAY 4, 2004; AND (3) BOND ORDINANCE NO. 11-2005 ADOOPTED
ON APRIL 19, 2005.
D. CONSENT
AGENDA - All items listed under 7D are considered to be routine by the Township Council
and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion on these items. If discussion

RESOLUTION NO. 2006-82 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council
that it hereby authorizes the Finance Department to accept credit card payments
for payment of municipal utility bills and other obligations due the
municipality.

RESOLUTION NO. 2006-83 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council
that it hereby adds the following vendor to the State Contract List.
