A. ORDINANCE NO. 14-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ALONG LLOYD ROAD IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN

B. ORDINANCE NO. 15-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT BUS STOPS ALONG ROUTE 34 AND ROUTE 35 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEE

 

8. NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-79 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to Milu Bus Service for the Rental of School Buses and Stout = s for the Rental of Coach Buses.

2.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-80 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby rejects all bids for the renovations to the George Hausmann Senior Center.

3.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-81 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes vendors be added to the Approved List of State's Contracts for the year 2005.

4.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-82 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby extends there sincere best wishes on the 75th Anniversary of the Ladies Auxiliary.

5.      EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during closed executive session - contractual.
