A. ORDINANCE NO. 17-2006 – PUBLIC
HEARING
BOND ORDINANCE
TO AUTHORIZE THE DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOUTH RIVER
METALS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN, BY AND FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, IN THE COUNTY OF
MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW
JERSEY, TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $600,000 TO PAY THE COST THEREOF, TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF
BONDS TO FINANCE SUCH
APPROPRIATION AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF BOND ANTICIPATION NOTIES IN ANTICIPATION OF
THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS.

AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT SECTION 25- 5.25, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
B. CONSENT
AGENDA - All items listed under 7A are considered to be routine by the Township Council
and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion on these items. If discussion
is desired, that item will
be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered
separately.

RESOLUTION NO. 2006-92 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council
that it hereby authorizes a contract for Water Materials for Maintenance and
Repair.
2.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-93 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council
that it hereby authorizes a contract for Road Materials for Maintenance and
Repair.
3.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-94 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council
that it authorizes combining several authorizations of bonds into a single
issue and prescribing the details and bond form thereof for $9,016,000 General
Improvement Bonds.
4.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-95 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council
that it hereby authorizes the publication, printing and distribution of a
Notice of Sale and the Publication of a Summary Notice of Sale and Prescribing
the forms thereof for $9,016,000 General Improvement Bonds.
5.
EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general
