A. ORDINANCE NO. 16-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A "REDEVELOPMENT PLAN" FOR THE "REDEVELOPMENT AREA" IN THE FRENEAU PORTION OF ABERDEEN TOWNSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7 AND AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO "THE LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN" WITH SPECIFIC REFERENCE TO SECTION 609 WITH ZONING PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A "PACRP" PLANNED ADULT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

A. RESLUTION NO. 2005-92 - INTRODUCTION
AMENDMENT TO THE 2005 MUNICIPAL BUDGET

B. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-93 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the following list of alcoholic beverage licenses are hereby approved for renewal for the period from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during closed executive session - contractual.

3. RA - 864 - Raffle License for Village School Parent Student Association, Holmdel, NJ

4. RA - 865 - Raffle License for Village School Parent Student Association, Holmdel, NJ.
