A. ORDINANCE NO. 17-2005 - INTRODUCTION
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13(b)(5)

B. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-92 - INTRODUCTION
AMENDMENT TO THE 2005 MUNICIPAL BUDGET

C. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6C. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-94 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with CME associates for Environmental Remediation, former Wastewater Plant.
2. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-95 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the settlement agreement in the matter of RCK Holdings Enterprises, LLC v. Township of Aberdeen.
3. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-96 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantees for the Manna House, 640 Cliffwood Avenue, Block 303, Lots 10,11,12.
4. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-97 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for Vacuum Operated Street Sweeper to Municipal & Contractor Supplies, Huntingdon, PA.
5. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-98 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes parcels of land be sold at a public auction.
6. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-99 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby appoints Thomas Bucco as a Member of the Zoning Board of Adjustments.
