A. ORDINANCE NO. 17-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13(b)(5)

7. NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-100 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantees for Birch Meadows, LLC d/b/a The Orchards at Aberdeen.

2.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-101 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby request the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation to extend the award date for construction of the Henry Hudson Trail bikeway path.

3.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-102 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the extension of the third quarter 2005 grace period until September 1, 2005 for third quarter taxes.

4.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-103 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby certifies that they have reviewed, at a minimum, the sections of the 2004 Audit entitled "General, Comments, Recommendations and Auditor's Opinions".

5.      RESOLUTION NO. 2005-104 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to Hertrich Fleet Services of Milford, DE for a 2006 Ford F-350.
