ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN
TO IMPLEMENT A SEX OFFENDER RESIDENCY PROHIBITION.

A. ORDINANCE NO. 30-2005 - INTRODUCTION
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN
TO IMPLEMENT ALL-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN
B. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8B. are
considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one
motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is
desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be
considered separately.
A. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-112 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it
hereby authorizes the attached vendor to be added to the State Contract List.
B. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-113 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it
hereby awards a second year contract to Russell Reid Company for Septic Tank
Cleaning & Sewer Pumping.
C. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall
be excluded from discussion held during executive session - Contractual
