A. ORDINANCE NO. 32-2005 - INTRODUCTION
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE
B. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7B. are
considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired,
that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered
separately.
A. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-125 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it
hereby authorizes the transfers between the 2005 Current Operating Budget, 2005
Sewer Operating Budget and 2005 Water Operating Budget.
B. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-126 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it
hereby authorizes the settlement agreement between Weichert V. Township of Aberdeen.
C. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-127 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it
hereby authorizes the settlement agreement between The Lombardo Group v.
D. RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -128 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it
hereby authorizes a contract be awarded to Quality Electrical Construction Co.
for Electrical/Control Improvements to Strathmore Sewage Pump Station.
E. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-129 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the attached
names are added to the State Contract Vendor List.
F. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall
