A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8A. are
considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one
motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is

A. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-132 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that
it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Developer's Agreement
