A. ORDINANCE NO. 28-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ALONG HIGHFIELD AVENUE IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN

B. ORDINANCE NO. 32-2005 - PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN - VACATING UNNAMED RIGHT OF WAY OFF WASHINGTON AVENUE

8. NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

A. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-132 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Developer's Agreement between the Township of Aberdeen and Woodcliff/Rout 34 LLC.

B. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-133 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantees for Aspen Woods, Block 117, Lot 18.
C. RESOLUTION NO. 2005-134 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantee for Foodarama Supermarkets, Inc., Block 86, Lots 5, 8 & 9.
D. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session - Contractual
E. RA-872 - Raffle License for Basilian Fathers of Mariapoch, Aberdeen, NJ
