NEW BUSINESS:

            A.        CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6A. are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-27 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the amusement license for Fun Time America, Inc. for the year 2007.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-28 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes Block 190, Lots 1 and 2 be consolidated into one lot.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-29 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby wishes to participate in the Safe and Secure Communities Program.
