              A.           ORDINANCE NO. 1-2008 – INTRODUCTION

                            AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES AND WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS OF VARIOUS OFFICIALS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY”

     

              B.           ORDINANCE NO. 2-2008 – INTRODUCTION

                            AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, CHAPTERS II ADMINISTRATION AND CHAPTER XI HEALTH

     

              C.           CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6C are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

    1.      RESOLUTION NO. 2008-27 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby rescinds Resolution 2008-7 and appoints the following members to the Planning Board for 2008.

    2.      RESOLUTION NO. 2008-28 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby appoints the following members to the Environmental and Shade Tree Advisory Board for 2008.

    3.      RESOLUTION NO. 2008-29 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the Manager and Purchasing Assistant are authorized to make purchases from the State Contract Vendor List.

    4.      RESOLUTION NO. 2008-30 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes membership in the Cooperative Pricing System.

    5.      RESOLUTION NO. 2008-31 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes Change Order No. 1 for the 2006 Road Improvement Program.

    6.      RESOLUTION NO. 2008-32 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantees posted on Block 174, Lots 17.01 & 18.01.

    7.      RESOLUTION NO. 2008-33 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantees posted on Block 303, Lots 13.01 & 14.01.

    8.      RA-913 – Raffle License for C.R. Applegate PTO, Freehold, NJ.

    9.      RA-914 – Raffle License for C.R. Applegate PTO, Freehold, NJ.
