          A.           ORDINANCE NO. 2-2007 – INTRODUCTION

CALENDAR YEAR 2007 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO                                        ESTABLISH A CAP BANK PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14.

          B.           ORDINANCE NO. 3-2007 – INTRODUCTION

ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF                                    ABERDEEN – FIRE PREVENTION CODE.

          C.           ORDINANCE NO. 4-2007 – INTRODUCTION

ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF                                    ABERDEEN – RECYCLING.

11. NEW BUSINESS:

          A.           CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.                                     There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be                                    considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-47 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby appoints Lenny Rose as a Class IV Member of the Township of Aberdeen Planning Board.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-48 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby designates March, 2007 as “Women's History Month – Generation of Women Moving History Forward”.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-49 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the attached vendors be added to the State Contract Vendor List for the year 2007.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session –  Contractual
