6 NEW BUSINESS:

A. RESOLUTION NO. 2008-51 - INTRODUCTION - 2008 MUNICIPAL BUDGET.

B. RESOLUTION NO. 2008-52 - INTRODUCTION - 2008 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION DISTRICT BUDGET.

C. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6C are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

RESOLUTION NO. 2008-41 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute a Developers Agreement with Cliffwood Properties, LLC.

RESOLUTION NO. 2008-53 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the emergency temporary appropriation for 2008.

RESOLUTION NO. 2008-54 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the reduction of performance guarantees for Ciaglia Custom Builders, Cambridge Park Estates.
