6 NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2008-58 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby approves final closeout and pay estimate No. 8 for 2004 Road Improvement Program.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 2008-59 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby approves final closeout and pay estimate No. 9 for 2005 Road Improvement Program.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 2008-60 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes participation in the Department of Law and Public Safety, Safe and Secure Communities Program.

4. RESOLUTION NO. 2008-61 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it awards the contract for Odor and Corrosion Control Bioxide Chemicals.

5. RESOLUTION NO. 2008-62 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby affirms the Memorandum of Understanding between the Superior Officers Association and the Township of Aberdeen.

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session – Personnel
