ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP  OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT A PUBLIC CONTRACTING REFORM ORDINANCE

C.           RESOLUTION NO. 2007-61 – PUBLIC HEARING

BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby approves amendment to the 2007 budget.

          A.           RESOLUTION NO. 2007-63 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby approves amendment to the 2007 budget.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO AMEND CHAPTER VI “ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL” OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES TO IMPLEMENT AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASE OF BEER KEGS”

E.           ORDINANCE NO. 12-2007 - INTRODUCTION

                        AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN PERTAINING TO TEMPORARY SIGNS

F.           CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 8F are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-66 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby supports the Click It or Ticket safety belt mobilization from May 21 – June 3, 2007 and pledges to increase awareness of the mobilization and the benefits of safety belt use.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-67 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it  hereby request the Director of the Division of Local Government Services to approve an insertion of an item of revenue in the 2007 budget.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-68 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Heating and Cooling System to Coastal Air Conditioning, Inc. of Hazlet, NJ.
