A. ORDINANCE NO. 11-2007 – PUBLIC HEARING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO AMEND CHAPTER VI “ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL” OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES TO IMPLEMENT AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASE OF BEER KEGS”
B. ORDINANCE NO. 12-2007 – PUBLIC HEARING
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT A VACATION OF PORTION OF SUNRISE AVENUE LOCATED IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN
9. NEW BUSINESS:
A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.
1. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-70 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a contract with Fallon & Larsen LLP for Auditing Services for 2007.
2. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-71- BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the attached State Contract Vendors.
3. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-72 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes a Developer's Agreement between the Township of Aberdeen and Synergy Residential, LLC.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session – Contractual
