7. NEW BUSINESS:

          A.           ORDINANCE NO. 13-2007 – INTRODUCTION

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN PERTAINING TO TEMPORARY SIGNS

          B.           CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6B are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is  desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-82 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the attached vendor be added to the State Contract Vendor List for 2007.

2.  EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session –  Contractual, Litigation
