– PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLEMENT
SECTION 25- 5.25,
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
7. NEW BUSINESS:
A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed
under 7A are considered to be routine
by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There
will be no separate discussion on these items.
If discussion is desired,
that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

RESOLUTION NO. 2006-96 - BE IT RESOLVED
by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Developer's Agreement with
The Route 34 Corp.
2.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-97 - BE IT RESOLVED
by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the attached vendor be added
to the State Contract Vendor List for 2006.
3.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-98 – BE IT RESOLVED
by the Township Council that it authorizes the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to
execute the necessary assignment document to effect assignment of Certificate
of Sale.

RESOLUTION NO. 2006-99 – BE IT RESOLVED
by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Municipal Clerk
to execute the necessary assignment document to effect assignment of
Certificate of Sale.
5.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-100 – BE IT RESOLVED
by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes and directs the Tax Collector
to prepare and issue estimated tax bills.
6.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-101 – BE IT RESOLVED
by the Township Council that it hereby extends the third quarter of 2006 grace
period.

EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT
RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during
executive session – Contractual,
Litigation and Personnel
