            A.        CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6A are considered to be                       routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is  desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be                         considered separately.

1.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-102 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the attached vendor be added to the State Contract Vendor List for 2006.

2.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-103 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby grants permission for Block 120, Lot 9.03 to temporarily connect to the Matawan Borough sanitary sewer and water system.

3.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-104 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes relief from payment of property taxes for the United States Disabled Veteran.

4.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-105 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes Angela Morin to execute Escrow Agreement for Housing Trust Fund  on behalf of the Township of Aberdeen.

5.   RESOLUTOIN NO. 2006-106 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes an interim development agreement with PRC Group for property known as South River Metals.
