  6.    NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6A are considered to be                       routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-116 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with CME Associates for services associated with the 2006 Road Improvement Program.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-117 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Township Manager to negotiate for non-leaded gasoline.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-118 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract with Bruno Associates, Inc. for a one year term ending August 31, 2007.

4. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-119 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Township Manager to make an application to the Monmouth County Open Space Trust Fund.

5. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-120 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Tax Collector to issue a duplicate tax sale certificate.

6. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-121 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Tax Collector to issue a duplicate tax sale certificate.

7. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-122 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for the 2005 Road Improvement Program.
