                        A.        ORDINANCE NO. 19-2006 – PUBLIC HEARING

ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN TO IMPLMENT INGRESS AND  EGRESS RESTRICTIONS TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1168 ROUTE 34 (BLOCK 104, LOT 11) FROM LLOYD ROAD (A.K.A. COUNTY ROAD #3) IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN

   7.   NEW BUSINESS:

A. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-124 - BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby states that it has complied with the promulgationof the Local Finance Board and the State of New Jersey – 2005 Audit.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-125 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby rejects bids received for the Renovations to the George Hausmann Senior Center.

3. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-126 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to Russell Reid for Septic Tank Cleaning & Sewer Pumping Wet Well Pumping.

4. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-127 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract for the Sale of Surplus and Obsolete Vehicles to Jersey One Auto Sales and Police Cars Unlimited.

5. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-128 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the following members are hereby appointed to the Municipal Alliance (DREAM) Drug Reduction Effort in Aberdeen Municipality.

6. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-129 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes a Developer's Agreement between the Township of Aberdeen and Elite Estates, LLC.

7. RA-888 – Raffle for Village School Parent School Association, Inc., Holmdel, NJ.

8. RA-889 – Raffle for Village School Parent School Association, Inc., Holmdel, NJ.
