1. NEW BUSINESS:

          A.           CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-113 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes transfers between the 2007 Current Operating Budget.
2. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-114 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Township Manager to execute a contract with AXA Equitable for a Deferred Compensation Plan.
3. RESOLUTION NO. 2007-115 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes release of performance guarantees posted on Block 193, Lot 13.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session –   Negotiations
5. RA-911 – Raffle License for Temple Shalom of Aberdeen, Inc., Aberdeen, NJ
