6.      CONTINUED BUSINESS:

           

            A.        BOND ORDINANCE NO. 20-2006 – PUBLIC HEARING

REFUNDING BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REFUNDING OF $9,545,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF OUTSTANDING BONDS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, IN THE COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING A SUM NOT EXCEEDING $10,200,000 TO PAY THE COST THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT EXCEEDING $10,200,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF SEWER UTILITY REFUNDING BONDS OF SAID TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE SUCH APPROPRIATION.

 

7.      NEW BUSINESS:

 

            A.        CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 7A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-133 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute an agreement with CME Associates for Revaluation of Tax Map Revisions.

2.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-139 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes  the Interlocal Services Agreement between the Libraries of Middlesex Automation Consortium and the Middlesex County College and Municipal Corporations.

3.   RESOLUTION NO. 2006-140 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby awards a contract to Vic's Landscaping for 2nd Year Option Snow Removal for Mass Transit.

4.   EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION - BE IT RESOLVED that the general public shall be excluded from discussion held during executive session –  Contractual

5.   RA – 896 – Raffle License for Basilian Fathers of Mariapoch, Aberdeen, NJ
