AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, SECTION 25-9, FEES, GUARANTEES, INSPECTIONS AND OFF-TRACT IMPROVEMENTS

F. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 9F are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-118 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with CME Associates for Supplemental Engineering Services for Pump Station No. 10 Rehabilitation.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-119 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with CME Associates for Drug-Free Zone Mapy – 2007 Update.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-120 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the transfers between the Current, Sewer and Sanitation budget.

RESOLUTION NO. 2007-121 – BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby adopts the Corrective Action Plan in response to the 2006 Audit.
