AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, SECTION 16-44.4, WATER CONNECTION FEES FOR CLASS 1 RESIDENTIAL
B. ORDINANCE NO. 22-2006 INTRODUCTION
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, SECTION 16-60 SEWER CONNECTION FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING WITH KITCHEN FACILITY
C. ORDINANCE NO. 23-2006 INTRODUCTION
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ABERDEEN, SECTION 9-14, PARKING
D. CONSENT AGENDA - All items listed under 6A are considered to be routine by the Township Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.
1. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-133 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute an agreement with CME Associates for Revaluation of Tax Map Revisions.
2. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-141 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby supports the You Drink and Drive, You Lose 2006 Year End Crackdown.
3. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-142 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby requests the Director of the Division of Local Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of revenue in the 2006 budget for Division of Highway Safety.
4. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-143 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes appropriation transfers in the between the 2006 Current Operating Budget and Sanitation Budget.
5. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-144 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes an emergency appropriation for Employee Group Health Insurance.
6. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-145 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantees posted for Block 300, Lot 9.02, Hawthorne Street - Ploussas.
7. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-146 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of performance guarantees posted for Block 184, Lot 1, 268 Cliffwood Avenue Woodmont Properties.
8. RESOLUTION NO. 2006-147 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council that it hereby authorizes the release of maintenance bonds posted for Block 55, Lots 9.04 9.08, Church Street Ciaglia.
