TAX ASSESSOR – Aberdeen Township, Monmouth  County (6700 line items) is seeking candidates with experience in assessing and appraising residential, commercial and industrial real property, computerized assessing (CAMA) using Microsystems. Knowledge of appraising methods, building, zoning, and construction practices is required.  Duties include field work and administrative office work.  Must have the ability to prepare appraisal reports and have comfort with testimony in tax appeals. Previous experience as an assessor preferred.
