  • 1. Zoning Approval
  • 2. Complete Construction Permit application
  • 3. Provide two (2) copies of the detailed drawing/plan of deck
  • 4. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
  • 5. Payment of permit application fee

STORAGE SHED
Permit Application Requirements

  • 1. Zoning Approval
  • 2. Sheds larger than 100 square feet require construction permits
  • 3. Complete Construction Permit application
  • 4. Provide two (2) copies of the detailed drawing/plan or brochure of shed
  • 5. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
  • 6. Payment of permit application fee
