  • 2. Provide material and componet list including standards, ratings and installation requirements
  • 3. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
  • 4. Payment of permit application fee

Permit Application Requirements

  • 1. Zoning Approval may be needed-contact office for guidance.
  • 2. Complete Construction Permit application
  • 3. Provide two (2) sets of detailed plans of proposed work/project signed and sealed by a licensed architect or engineer. Homeowners are permitted to draw and sign their own plans.
  • 4. Electrical wiring diagram and gas piping diagram as applicable
  • 5. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
  • 6. Payment of permit application fee
