Permit Application Requirements
- 1. Zoning Approval may be needed-contact office for guidance.
- 2. Complete Construction Permit application
- 3. Provide two (2) sets of detailed plans of proposed work/project signed and sealed by a licensed architect or engineer. Homeowners are permitted to draw and sign their own plans.
- 4. Electrical wiring diagram and gas piping diagram as applicable
- 5. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
- 6. Payment of permit application fee

- 2. All other prior approvals necessary for construction-contact office for details and guidance
- 2. Complete Construction Permit application
- 3. Provide two (2) sets of detailed plans of proposed structure signed and sealed by a licensed architect .
- 5. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
- 6. Payment of permit application fee
