Permit Application Requirements
- 1. Zoning Approval
- 2. Complete Construction Permit application
- 3. Inground pools - submit sealed specifications and detailed drawings/plans for the pool.
- 4. Above ground pools - submit manufacture brochure for the pool.
- 5. Submit information on: ladder, filter, pump, heater and barrier as applicable
- 6. Electrical wiring diagram and gas piping diagram as applicable
- 7. Submit Completed Pool certification, which must be notarized
- 8. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
- 9. Payment of permit application fee

Heating/AC Systems
Permit Application Requirements
- 1. Complete Construction Permit application
- 2. Provide material list, including manufacturer bochure on heating or AC unit
- 3. Diagram of electrical wiring or gas piping as applicable
- 4. Submit Chimney Certification
- 5. Subcode Review, Construction Official Approval
- 6. Payment of permit application fee
