(Minor subdivision of existing Lots 9 and 10 into two residential lots, with existing two story dwellings to remain on each lot, by shifting existing lot line between the properties and providing an additional 2,000 sq. ft. to proposed Lot 9.01. Variances required for proposed Lot 9.01 for front yard set back 25 ft. required, 15 ft. existing and proposed to house, and 9 ft. existing and proposed to porch, distance to accessory building 10 ft. required, 9 ft. provided, existing and proposed. The existing above ground pool on proposed Lot 10.01 will be removed. This application was scheduled for the February 20 public meeting, however, new noticing had to be given).
