(Public hearing to determine, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-6, whether or
not the subject identified land area, formerly known as the Anchor Glass site,
bounded on the north by Cliffwood Avenue, bounded on
the south by the Garden State Parkway, bounded on the east by the New York and
Long Branch Railroad, and bounded on the west by adjoining Lots 6, 7, and 7.01,
Block 155, which is known as Block 155, Lots 1,2, 3, 4, and 5 should be
designated as an area in need of redevelopment).
