            Highway 34 and Lloyd Road

            Block 87, Lots 36 and 39

(Administrative site plan change-sidewalk modification plan: [1] in order to achieve a level access to the stores, this will create a grade differential requiring construction of a wall with railing; [2] to achieve proper ADA clearance and passage between constructed wall with railing and concrete curbing, will require widening of the existing sidewalk with the realignment of the curb line to meet current ADA standards for sidewalk width; [3] as a result of the curb-line realignment, it will require down sizing of the adjacent landscape island to maintain a 30 ft. wide driveway width for traffic flow).

(Review parking configuration for Aberdeen Plaza Shopping Center. Parking variance granted for 10 parking spaces for retail use; proposed restaurant has different parking configuration, resulting in 19 spaces for proposed restaurant based on number of seats proposed. Board needs to determine if there is enough parking on site so that the Zoning Officer can approve a Certificate of Occupancy [CCO] for the restaurant).

3.         SD 06-302 (Rev) [Previously SD 04-064]/Schiffres and VFW Post 4745

            Hawthorne Street and Sunrise Avenue

            Block 25, 25.01, 26, 27, 28

(Major subdivision of five existing lots; applicants propose to subdivide existing Lot 28 into four [4] residential lots and swap lands with adjoining Lots 26 and 27 owned by the VFW. The existing one story dwelling on Lot 28 will be demolished. Variance required for Lot 28.01 [VFW building] for front yard set back 25 ft. required, 19 ft. 4 in. [existing] along Cliffwood Avenue).
