1. Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan
(Public hearing to hear comments from all interested parties regarding a proposed “Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan” Master Plan document, required in order for Aberdeen Township to comply with the mandates of the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing (COAH), in accordance with its “Third Round Substantive Rules,” and to remain under COAH’s jurisdiction. The Board may take action to adopt the Master Plan document).
