Feb. 17, 2009 2009-40 BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Aberdeen that Letter of Credit No. 2006049 in the amount of $11,355.12 and Cash Bond in the amount of $1,261.68 – Schedule A; Letter of Credit No. 2006051 in the amount of $54,361.98 – Schedule B; Letter of Credit No. 2006048 in the amount of $116,327.66 and Cash Bond in the amount of $12,925.30 – NJ DOT Improvements be released in accordance with the February 5, 2009 recommendation of the Township Engineer.

WHEREAS, the Township of Aberdeen, as a contractor unit, may, without advertising for bids, purchase any materials, supplies or equipment under any contract or contracts for such materials, supplies or equipment entered into on behalf of the State by the Division of Purchase and Property in the Department of the Treasury pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-12; and
