SOLICIATION OF RESPONSES TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Aberdeen is accepting responses to request for qualifications for the Township of Aberdeen during the year 2008:

Township Attorney
Township Labor Attorney
Township Bond Attorney
Litigation Counsel
Township Conflict Attorney
Township Auditor
Township Planner
Township Engineer
Planning Board Attorney
Zoning Board of Adjustment Attorney
Public Defender
Prosecutor
Special Counsel for Tax Foreclosures
Special Counsel for Tax Appeals

All responses shall be submitted to Karen Ventura, Aberdeen Township Clerk or Stuart Brown, Aberdeen Township Manager, Township of Aberdeen, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, New Jersey 07747 no later than 4:00 p.m., December 13, 2007.

Responses are being solicited in accordance with the fair and open process as set forth by P.L. 2004, Chapter 19 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51) N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.  An overview of the Law may be obtained on http://www.nj.gov/dca/lgs/p2p.

A copy of the request for qualifications document may be obtained at the office of the Township of Aberdeen Municipal Clerk, Township of Aberdeen, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen, New Jersey during normal business hours or on the Aberdeen Township Municipal website, www.aberdeennj.org
