CONTINUED BUSINESS

1.         V 05-109 and (Z) SP 05-501 (Rev)/Sprint Spectrum, LP Applicant: Sprint Spectrum, LP Property Owner: New Jersey American Water Company 63 Idlebrook Lane Block 78, Lot 11 (Preliminary and final site plan approval to add nine [9] wireless telecommunications antennas on top of an existing 145 ft. elevated water tank, with ancillary equipment cabinets to be added at ground level. Use variance required because wireless telecommunications antennas are not a permitted use in the “PC” zone; additional variances required for height of 145 ft [tank], 130.5 ft. for antennas, where the maximum height in the zone is 35 ft. This application is carried from the November 15, 2005 special public meeting for additional testimony. Time is waived through January 31, 2006).
