(Preliminary and final site plan approval to add nine [9] wireless telecommunications antennas on an existing 145 ft. elevated water tank, with ancillary equipment cabinets to be added at ground level. Use variance required because wireless telecommunications antennas are not a permitted use in the “PC” zone; additional variances required for height of 145 ft [tank], 130.5 ft. for antennas, where the maximum height in the zone is 35 ft. This application is carried from the January 11, 2006 public meeting for additional testimony. Time is waived through February 28, 2006).
