carried from the February 23 and March 30 public meetings for the applicant to
look into getting answers to the questions raised by the Board members. Mr.
Gillen will look into the utility easement to see if it is just sanitary sewer;
the applicants will also look into the height of the wires, the voltage, what
kind of power comes across the power, is the move to go under ground via
conduits feasible and does it impact in any way on the sanitary sewer easement;
Mr. Gillen will find out whether the sanitary sewer easement also permits other
utilities; the applicants will talk to their pool contractor and/or the person
doing the plumbing work for the pool installation for a price to reroute the
sewer lateral; Mr. Bennett said they also need to find out regarding the
electrical, the specifications for the power and the height of the wires from
the finished grade of the pool. Our subcode official can compare what the
applicants have been given and what he requires).
