(Preliminary and final major site development with use variance and variances
for expansion of an existing training center and a maintenance garage and place
two temporary trailers for use as office and classrooms during building
construction. A 75 sq. ft. free standing sign and a 52 sq. ft. wall amounted
sign are proposed, both of which exceed the maximum permitted in the
"LI" zone; sign set back 15 ft. where 50 ft. minimum required;
directional sign for truck deliveries proposed and variances may be required.
