The only portion of the application remaining is whether or not they can continue to operate the facility as currently operating today. That matter is before the Municipal Court of the Township of Aberdeen, after a summons was issued by the Zoning Office. If the Court rules unfavorably to the applicant, the applicant asks that the Board reserve its right to appear before the Board, with new notice. The application is carried from the February 27 public meeting, with time waived indefinitely).
