construction. A 75 sq. ft. free standing sign and a 52 sq. ft. wall amounted
sign are proposed, both of which exceed the maximum permitted in the “LI” zone;
sign set back 15 ft. where 50 ft. minimum required; directional sign for truck
deliveries proposed and variances may be required. A 15,000 sq. ft. +/-
addition proposed to be added to existing building of 7,660 sq. ft.; 2,048 sq.

the Zoning Officer is office, not warehouse. This application is carried from
the July 13 public meeting with no jurisdiction being accepted).
